Every person, group and organization in the right circumstances has the capacity to think strategically and plan for a successful future.  The key is to provide the opportunity to do so.

Lori, thanks so much for your hard work, leadership and professionalism to have gotten us to where we are now in our vision of the future. We have so much promise and now need to refine our goals/strategies to achieve and translate to fulfill our mission !

We wholeheartedly recommend Lori Lewis of Chaordic Balance. Lori facilitated a Strategic Planning process for the board of the Friends of San Pablo Bay National Wildlife Refuge. She skillfully guided us through a three session process by drawing out and assembling everyone’s best thinking to create a road map from where we had been to where we want to go.  She was prepared, used engaging activities, and kept us on task.  The illustrations she added to the post session notes brought them to life.
