    Lori uses the the Co-Active Model of coaching with clients.

    The “Co” in Co-Active suggests relationship, connection, intimacy and collaboration. Thus, the “Co” in us is curious, listens deeply, hears nuance, holds space for others, intuits and nurtures.

    The “Active” in Co-Active stands for power, direction, action and manifestation. So, the “Active” in us is courageous, has clarity and conviction, takes charge and achieves goals

    We have used Lori Lewis for our last two Board retreats and she has been instrumental to their overall success. She was a true thought partner to me in every respect of the planning: from setting overall outcomes, to designing the right agenda to meet these outcomes to articulating the right provocative questions.
